zbyt długo. Już wsierpniu daje osobie
znać chłodem poranków imgłami,
ścielącymi się przy ziemi oświcie.
Astronomiczne lato trwa jeszcze przez
większość września, aprzyroda już sypie

jesiennymi liśćmi, zasnuwa horyzont
szarugami.

Autumn will not allow summer to continue too long
and its subtle presence is hinted at already during the
closing days of August by the early morning chills and
mists embracing this part of the world. Nature’s summer
lasts through most of September but eh leaves fall
gently here and there from the trees in the city parks
and there is acool greyness permeating the horizon on
some mornings.
